1. General

• Verve Sports Academy aims to ensure that all participants are satisfied with our services. However, we understand that there may be times when a refund or cancellation is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be provided.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

• Cancellations made 15 days before the start date of the program will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation by Verve Sports Academy

• Verve Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during registration.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees, administrative fees, and any other specific non-refundable fees will be clearly stated during the registration process and will not be eligible for refunds.
